Where the Ritual Comes From
A typical Cuban breakfast was never really about the plate. It was about the pause, sitting down, sharing a table, starting the day with something warm before the day starts with you. That tradition draws on Spanish, African, and Caribbean influences, and it’s where the cortadito itself comes from: a small, balanced shot of espresso cut with steamed milk and a touch of sweetness. We took that idea, the unhurried morning, the cup that matters, and built a coffee house around it.
The Morning Menu
Our food keeps the comfort of that tradition while leaning into the craft we care about. The house breakfast brings together fresh scrambled eggs, two savory ham croquetas, and a crisp tostada with your choice of bacon or sausage — simple, hearty, made to pair with a real cup of coffee.
From there, the menu is all about easy mornings: “The Cuban” combines scrambled eggs,ham croquetas & tostada with bacon. And “The American” includes scrambled eggs, crispy Bacon & two pancakes for something that holds you over until lunch.
The Coffee Is the Point
This is where we lead. Specialty coffee, pulled with care, is the center of everything we do. The signature Cortadito, espresso cut with milk and a hint of sweetness, is the one that started it all. Want something richer? Try the Mocha Cortadito or Hazelnut Cortadito. Need a sharper start? A clean espresso or a coladita does the work. The aroma alone resets the morning.
