The tail behind the story & the inspiration has been the Cuban lifestyle & Ventanitas – little coffee windows with a culture of their own, the unique to-go concept has been widely embraced in Miami since the 1960s. 

What is Cortadito Coffee House? 

Our idea had never been to do the typical coffee window. We wanted to come up with something that combines the largest coffee shop chain with the best fast-casual restaurants; to create a unique experience through food stations where you can find delicious pastelitos, sandwiches along with our completa bowls with Cuban classics such as ropa vieja, roasted pork, black beans, and maduros. All of this while enjoying the best Cuban Coffee with our signature Cortadito or any item from our wide variety of coffees including the classics, and special creations.

The perfect opportunity presented itself in the form of a corner on Lincoln Road, where one of the most beloved gathering spots operated for nearly two decades until 2012. Eight years later, it finally happened, the place turned into a modern Latin American coffee shop known as Cortadito Coffee House, from Cuba with Coffee!

Soon, a new location came to life on Washington Avenue in Miami Beach, and more locations are about to come; stay tuned!
